San Palermo at Abacoa features 34 Mediterranean-style three and four bedroom townhomes. All the townhouses are 1,867 sq. ft. with a detached two-car garage and private courtyard-style patio separating the town homes from the garage. Floor plans are offered in two different options; four bedrooms models with the master bedroom and two guest bedrooms upstairs, and a first floor bedroom with it’s own separate entrance and a full bath.
