ABOUT

This family-owned and operated sports-themed restaurant is synonymous with Downtown Abacoa. They’ve been part of the lineup since the beginning, in 2001, and are located adjacent to Roger Dean Chevrolet Stadium and directly in front of the amphitheatre.

“Roger Dean is the busiest little stadium in America, and Abacoa is constantly holding special events,” says Dennis Witkowski, owner of JJ Muggs. “Having Abacoa Golf Club and an FAU campus nearby, not to mention Scripps and Max Planck, has also been tremendous for us.”

JJ Muggs is not only part of the community, they have partnered with it. In addition to providing an excellent and consistent family-friendly dining experience for its guests, JJ Muggs hosts post-game dinners on Friday nights for the William T. Dwyer High School football team and has strong relationships with several other area schools and organizations, as well as with its neighbor, Roger Dean Stadium.

“This is such a wonderful community and we’re grateful to be a part of it,” says Witkowski. “We’ve always had great customers, and we add new ones every day.”
