On April 22 - Jupiter Police Department Hosting Entire Day Filled with Resources to Assist those on the Autism Spectrum, their Families, Friends & Community

On Saturday April 22, from 10am to 2pm the Jupiter Police Department is hosting an entire day filled with resources to assist those on the autism spectrum and their families and friends. Taking place at the beautiful Jupiter Carlin Park, West 400 A1A, not only will this day be resourceful to inform you on all the incredible resources that are available for you in the area, but full of fun to connect you with your local first responders and others with autism.

Join JPD in 1st responder and touch-a-truck interactions. Over 25 local autism specific resource vendors will provide information on autism educational awareness, vocational training, behavioral assistance, social skills, support, mentoring, recreational activities and groups, safety, and more. Also out for the day will be 40+ interactive local vendors offering information, education and fun. Have fun playing in activity and sensory stations. Listen to stories and music therapy.  Check out the petting zoo and bounce houses. Enjoy live DJ's and maybe try rocking an airbrush tattoo! Dig in for some sport trial sessions and yard games, then maybe enjoy a bite to eat from on site Food Trucks, then enjoy the quiet zone and comfort area before heading home.
